We are seeking an Electrical Project Manager to join our team! Benefits: • Medical • Dental • Vision • 401(k) • Life Insurance Responsibilities: • Plan, organize, and staff electrical projects. • Ensure projects are completed safely, profitably, timely, and to a high standard. • Responsible for laying out project work and ensuring that materials, tools, equipment, and information are scheduled to meet scope schedules. • Identify and generate new business opportunities. • Maintain customer relationships. • Oversee multiple projects. • Provide supervision of crews on job sites. • Review project documents, plans, and specifications. • Visit various job sites to interact with crew, customers, general contractors, and tradesmen, ensuring proper job progress. • Create written proposals on projects to meet company and customer standards. Qualifications: • Must have previous experience in an electrical or electrical estimating field. • Must be a licensed journeyman in Arkansas or Oklahoma. • Experience in estimating commercial and industrial projects. • Experience managing large projects and personnel. • Must have at least 5 years of experience running projects. • Must have at least 3 years of project management experience. • OSHA 10 Certification • Class E driver's license is highly preferred. • Must have excellent customer service. Compensation: $36 - $45 hourly DOE
