We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Electrical Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. This role requires a strong background in the electrical trade, with a journeyman electrical license as a mandatory qualification. Candidates with HVAC or Plumbing Sales Management experience are also encouraged to apply, provided they meet the licensing requirement.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and partners to drive repeat business and referrals.
Strategic Planning: Create and execute sales strategies that align with company objectives and market opportunities.
Technical Expertise: Utilize your journeyman electrical knowledge to provide technical guidance and solutions to the sales team and clients.
Team Development: Train and develop sales team members on product knowledge, customer engagement strategies, and industry best practices.
Cross-Industry Insight: Leverage HVAC or Plumbing Sales Management experience to identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities.
Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategies and decision-making.
Qualifications:
Electrical Journeyman's or Masters license.
Office 365 proficiency.
Experience with CRM, preferably ServiceTitan.
5+ years of experience in a leadership role in the electrical service industry.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Passion for training and developing the technicians.
Driven by providing exceptional customer service and achieving metrics.
Flexible and adaptable to change.
Benefits:
Lucrative Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 base salary. There is the ability to earn commission and performance bonuses
