Wesworth Electric, a well-established electrical contractor, is seeking a qualified Service Manager to lead our service operations. This role offers significant opportunities for growth and professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all incoming service calls and oversee scheduling and dispatching for the service team.
Provide daily job status reports and coordinate with technicians to ensure job completion.
Conduct site visits to supervise technician performance and maintain quality control.
Process billing reports for accounts payable and assist in securing timely payments.
Supervise material procurement for service jobs and proposals, working closely with the purchasing department.
Foster and sustain client relationships, promoting future business growth.
Benefits:
Competitive base salary: $69,680 per year.
Performance-based bonuses, including a 2% commission on key accounts and any new accounts brought into the company.

Job Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years in electrical service or supervisory management.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
In-depth knowledge of the N.E.C. and local electrical codes.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus.
Clean driving and civil records.
Experience in troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues efficiently.
Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to all regulations.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Schedule:
Full-time; Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts.
