As a Service Technician, you will work both in and out of office to provide support to our customers throughout North America. A majority of daily tasks will revolve around the automated packaging and processing industries. These tasks include but are not limited to wiring and assembling conveyor systems, troubleshooting, and startup of cryogenic freezing equipment (Tunnel/Cabinet/Tumbling). AB controls are our company's standard, however, additional control languages are also encountered at times. The systems being worked on will be a mixture of in-house manufactured solutions, as well as machines delivered from our European partners. European Partners include Dohmeyer in Poland, FBF in Italy, and Gerstenberg Services in Denmark. Your technical skills will be valued and developed in a supportive environment that fosters growth and success. With a starting salary of $50,000+ for entry-level candidates, more experienced candidates will be compensated according to experience ($70,000+). Responsibilities: • Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems and machinery to ensure optimal functionality • Provide technical support and assistance to customers in a professional and efficient manner (Both remote and on-site) • Document all service activities and maintain accurate records for future reference • Collaborate with the engineering team to identify areas for process improvement and innovation • Combination of both in-office and fieldwork • Opportunity for growth into a programming/design role Qualifications: • Electrical Experience • Maintenance Experience • Automation Experience • PLC/Programming Interest • US Work Authorization • Able to lift up to 35 lbs. • Able to Travel • Must Have Passport • Previous experience in a related field Compensation: $50,000+ yearly
