Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead electrical crews on job sites, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards.
• Perform electrical installations, troubleshooting, and repairs as needed.
• Interpret and implement electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers to coordinate project timelines, resources, and material procurement.
• Train and mentor electricians, apprentices, and other team members.
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project success.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial electrical construction, including 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and schematics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
• OSHA certification or equivalent safety training is preferred.
• Required: Valid driver’s license and personal electrical hand tools.
• Preferred: Journeyman or Master Electrician License.

Salary info:

$35 - $45 / hr
