Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled and reliable Electrician to join our growing team. This role involves working on residential projects, including electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs in remodeling and new construction settings. The ideal candidate will bring expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining Big Dog’s standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute electrical wiring, installations, and repairs on residential construction projects

Collaborate with project managers, builders, and other team members to ensure project specifications are met

Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement effective solutions

Follow all safety protocols, codes, and regulations

Document and report on project progress, issues, and solutions to supervisors

Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and local building codes

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of residential electrical experience

Valid electrician’s license in New Jersey - Not required

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, blueprints, and building codes

Ability to read technical diagrams and blueprints

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
