We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Electrician to join our team and support our daily office procedures.

    Responsibilities:

    Electrical Installations: Perform electrical rough-in and installations in residential and commercial buildings.

    Maintenance and Repairs: Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, ensuring all work is up to code.

    Wiring: Install wiring for new construction projects and upgrades for existing electrical systems.

    Equipment Installation: Set up and install electrical equipment, fixtures, and appliances.

    Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

    System Testing: Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.

    Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other technical diagrams.

    Customer Service: Interact with clients to explain work processes, address concerns, and provide excellent customer service.

    Inventory Management: Keep inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies, and report shortages.

    Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

    Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members and contractors to ensure project success.

    Upkeep of Tools: Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained and in good working condition.

    Requirements:

    Proven experience as an electrician in a similar role.

    OSHA 40 hours.

    In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, blueprints, and technical diagrams.

    Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Strong communication and customer service skills.

    Physical stamina and the ability to work in various environments.

    High school diploma: relevant technical or vocational training is a plus.

    Own Basic Tools and Equipment: Must have own basic tools and equipment necessary for the job.

    Clean driver license.

    Spanish / English (Bilingual)
