    ProTrade is seeking a skilled Electrician to perform rough-in electrical installations in new apartment construction projects in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will have experience pulling wire, installing Romex, and completing rough-in wiring for residential apartments. You will be responsible for ensuring all electrical systems are properly installed in accordance with local codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Pull and Install Wire: Pull wire for electrical circuits, including Romex, ensuring proper connections and installations in walls, ceilings, and floors.

    Rough-In Electrical Work: Complete the rough-in phase of electrical systems, including the installation of electrical boxes, outlets, switches, and circuits.

    Adhere to Electrical Codes: Ensure all electrical installations comply with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC).

    Collaborate with Team: Work alongside other electricians, contractors, and construction teams to ensure electrical work is completed on schedule and to specifications.

    Safety: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, follow safety protocols, and ensure proper handling of electrical tools and equipment.

    Troubleshooting: Identify and address any electrical issues that arise during the rough-in phase of construction.

    Documentation: Keep accurate records of work performed, including daily reports of job progress and any issues encountered.

    Qualifications:

    Experience: At least 5 years of experience as an electrician, with a focus on residential rough-in and wire pulling using Romex.

    Knowledge: Solid understanding of electrical systems, wiring techniques, and NEC codes.

    Skills: Proficient in pulling wire, installing Romex, and completing rough-in electrical installations.

    Tools & Equipment: Familiarity with electrical tools and equipment such as wire cutters, strippers, drills, and fish tapes.

    Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy materials, work in confined spaces, and stand or kneel for extended periods.

    Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

    Attention to Detail: Strong focus on safety, quality, and attention to detail in all work completed.
