Key Responsibilities:

Electrical Installation: Install wiring, control, and lighting systems for new construction projects per blueprints and specifications.

System Upgrades: Perform electrical upgrades and modifications, ensuring compliance with codes and safety standards.

Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnose and resolve electrical issues promptly to minimize downtime.

Lighting Installation: Design and install lighting systems focused on energy efficiency and workplace productivity.

Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections and maintenance for optimal system performance.

Emergency Response: Provide 24/7 support for electrical emergencies, delivering swift solutions to avoid prolonged outages or hazards.

Safety Compliance: Follow company safety policies and industry regulations to maintain a secure work environment.

Documentation: Keep accurate records of installations, repairs, and inspections.

Gross Profit Margin Monitoring: Collaborate weekly with the Electrician Supervisor to ensure gross profit margin targets are met, implementing corrective actions as needed.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Electrician in residential and commercial construction.

In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, blueprints, and safety protocols.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Availability to respond to emergency calls as needed.
