3rd shift (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM, Sunday - Thursday)
Additional $2.50/hr premium 7PM-7AM
This role will provide electrical and mechanical support. The role requires a team-oriented individual with strong technical skills, a solid work ethic, and a willingness to take on various tasks, from leading projects to assisting with clean-up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain electrical/electronic and mechanical components in the manufacturing process
- Follow plant and process safety rules, safe operating methods, and housekeeping standards
- Troubleshoot and replace HMIs, VFDs, and control circuits
- Read and interpret electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical schematics
- Perform preventative maintenance and diagnose issues with production equipment
- Work with temperature, pressure, flow, and PID control systems
- Utilize machine tools (lathes, mills, drill presses) and assist with welding, sheet metal fabrication, and pipe fitting
- Communicate repairs and actions to operators and management
- Operate forklifts and mobile elevated work platforms (MEWPs)
Minimum Requirements:
- 3+ years of electrical and mechanical experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to work any shift as needed
- Knowledge of start/stop circuits, motor controls, and emergency circuits
- Experience with conduit bending and wire sizing
- Familiarity with Microsoft-based computer systems
- Strong physical ability to climb, kneel, bend, and work at elevated heights
