Electro Tech Staffing (ETS) is in search of an experienced bilingual Staffing Coordinator to join our team!

The Staffing Coordinator will match qualified candidates with our clients to find the best fits for their current position openings. This is a critical role, as the staffing coordinator has to match a high number of candidates efficiently in a short amount of time. This position requires someone who is a multi-tasker, able to work in a fast paced environment, able to meet deadlines and works well under pressure. You have to be able to work independently and be self-motivated. We need someone to join our team who understands the full process of recruiting someone from start to finish.

MAJOR TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Pre-screen, screen and interview potential candidates. Conducting in-person interviews with scheduled and walk in candidates for open positions.

• Utilizing job boards and internal database to recruit potential candidates for open positions.

• Completing all required new hire paperwork, ensuring applicant has completed all necessary paperwork correctly.

• Assisting with scheduling the pre-employment testing and verifying results.

• Assist employees answering questions and assisting with help or assistance they may need in an HR capacity.

• Maintain, file and upkeep of employee records, documentation for applicant tracking system.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum ONE (1) year experience in staffing.

• Proficient in Microsoft word and excel.

• A multi-tasker and well organized.

• Excellent written and communication skills.

• Excellent people skills.

• Must be a team contributor and have the ability to actively support a fast paced team environment.

• Mature in judgment & behavior, responsible, self-motivated and organized.

• Must be bilingual

SCHEDULE:

Monday – Friday 8am-5pm

PAY:

$13.00 - $14.00
