About the Role:
We are looking for an Electronic Banking Specialist to join our TNBANK team to facilitate the daily data processing and customer service activities of electronic banking services. The Electronic Banking Specialist will also be responsible for a variety of back-office functions including, but are not limited to, online and mobile banking management for both consumer and business applications including Online & Mobile Banking, RDC & Mobile Deposit, Bill Pay, Merchant Capture, ACH Origination, Wire operations and Positive Pay.
Responsibilities
· Administer electronic banking services for Retail Online and Business Online including Mobile Banking, Bill Pay, Merchant Capture, ACH Origination/ACH Manager, Wire Manager, Positive Pay, and Mobile Deposit.
· Conduct training for business banking customers on specific use and functions of electronic banking services including Cash Management, Bill Pay, ACH Manager, Merchant Capture (RDC), Wire Manager and Positive Pay.
· Research and resolve discrepancies in customer data. Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and policies.
· Perform daily review of system generated reports to ensure all maintenance and setup for electronic banking products have been completed accurately.
· Process origination files daily including over-limit exceptions and calendar exceptions. Monitor and maintain origination risk, exposure, calendar and other settings within Fiserv product.
· Ensure adherence to operational controls, including applicable laws, rules and regulations impacting ACH services such as AML, OFAC, NACHA Rules, Reg E.
· Assist employees and clients with technical problems and troubleshooting of electronic banking problems.
· Responsible for ensuring compliance with BSA/AML/OFAC policies, procedures, and processes as it pertains to the role in the Bank
Qualifications
· Ability to perform with high level of accuracy and timeliness
· Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance
· Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
· Strong communication skills (verbal, written, ability to deliver complex information and data)
· Experience in electronic banking services
