    The Delan Team is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Assembler to support production and post production activities with a variety of assembly, troubleshooting and test skills as outlined below.

    Job Overview

    Production Electro-Mechanical assembly support

    • Solder, crimp and/or fabricate point to point wiring harnesses and cable assemblies
    • Perform mechanical assembly of electrical & electronic chassis components
    • Perform point-point wiring of electronic assemblies using schematics, diagrams & sketches
    • Perform printed circuit board assembly, both through-hole and SMT
    • Assist with prototyping and production activities
    • Kit finished goods and prepare for shipping to customer
    • Knowledge of electrical schematic symbols, components and diagrams.
    • Knowledge of basic electrical & electronic circuits.
    • Able to assemble per drawing packages or direction from higher-level technicians or engineers
    • Familiar with basic hand tools, soldering equipment and connector crimp tools.
    • Experience with working with MIL-SPEC interfaces and connectors
    • Proficiency reading and understanding schematics, drawings and written work instructions
    • Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with others in the workplace
    • Fluent domain of the English language: Ability to read, write and speak English well
    • Ability to carry out detailed written and oral instructions
    • Keep work area clean and organized

    Requirements:

    Qualifications:

    • U.S Citizenship required.

    • Associate's degree in Engineering Technology or related field, or military technical training program, or completion of technical institute program, or 5 years of directly related experience as an Electronic Assembler, or formal electronics technical training

    • Must be able to use hand and power tools to perform assembly operations to include soldering, wiring, and terminal connection installation

    • Requires the ability to lift or move equipment 37+ lbs
