    What You’ll Do:

    1. Drive Sales Growth
      • Work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and expand relationships with existing clients.
      • Engage with customers, answering sales and technical questions, providing samples, and guiding them toward solutions that align with our strengths.
    2. Lead Marketing Strategy and Execution
      • Develop and execute bold, creative marketing plans to fuel growth and expand market reach.
      • Spearhead advertising and promotional activities across digital, print, and direct mail, and conduct market research to bring fresh ideas to our product lines.
    3. Sales Engagement and Pricing Strategy
      • Prepare competitive quotes for both standard and custom products, and maintain close contact with key customers to nurture relationships.
      • Design pricing strategies that capture market share while maximizing profitability.
    4. Budgeting and Forecasting
      • Lead budget planning and analysis to ensure marketing and sales initiatives align with short- and long-term goals.
      • Oversee marketing outcomes, making data-driven adjustments to achieve results within budget.
    5. Market Research and Competitive Analysis
      • Perform in-depth market research to identify trends, new technologies, and areas for growth.
      • Track market reactions to advertising campaigns and adjust strategies to keep us ahead of the competition.
    6. Stay Connected with Industry Leaders
      • Represent us at industry trade shows, showcasing our capabilities, connecting with new prospects, and strengthening industry networks.
    7. Be a Team Leader
      • Manage and mentor the EMS Sales & Marketing team, supporting their growth and aligning their goals with our strategic objectives.

    What You’ll Bring:

    1. Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
    2. Industry Expertise: 10+ years in EMS or a related field, with a strong focus on sales and marketing.
    3. Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
