What You’ll Do:

- Lead Marketing Strategy and Execution
- Develop and execute bold, creative marketing plans to fuel growth and expand market reach.
- Spearhead advertising and promotional activities across digital, print, and direct mail, and conduct market research to bring fresh ideas to our product lines.
- Sales Engagement and Pricing Strategy
- Prepare competitive quotes for both standard and custom products, and maintain close contact with key customers to nurture relationships.
- Design pricing strategies that capture market share while maximizing profitability.
- Budgeting and Forecasting
- Lead budget planning and analysis to ensure marketing and sales initiatives align with short- and long-term goals.
- Oversee marketing outcomes, making data-driven adjustments to achieve results within budget.
- Market Research and Competitive Analysis
- Perform in-depth market research to identify trends, new technologies, and areas for growth.
- Track market reactions to advertising campaigns and adjust strategies to keep us ahead of the competition.
- Stay Connected with Industry Leaders
- Represent us at industry trade shows, showcasing our capabilities, connecting with new prospects, and strengthening industry networks.
- Be a Team Leader
- Manage and mentor the EMS Sales & Marketing team, supporting their growth and aligning their goals with our strategic objectives.
What You’ll Bring:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Industry Expertise: 10+ years in EMS or a related field, with a strong focus on sales and marketing.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
