If you are a dedicated educator passionate about teaching and mentoring students, we would like to meet you. We are an independent 501c3 Pre-k through 12 school.

As part of the Maarif team, you will guide and motivate students to excel. You will use data and technology to help students achieve academic excellence and you will differentiate curriculum to address the needs of all learners.

Qualifications We Require:

Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in education or humanities field.

Passion for teaching and compassion for your students

Strong lesson-planning ability and organizational skills

Passion for social justice and raising leaders

Ability to pass a background check and obtain an IVP fingerprint clearance card And current US work authorization

Strong communication skills (written and oral) and the ability to liaise with families and the community

Adaptability and willingness to deliver established, proven, rigorous curriculum

Ability to use technology in the classroom to advance goals
