    ** Position Summary:**

    Elevate Surgical proudly represents Arthrex products and surgical techniques. We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven Orthopedic Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our innovative and high-quality orthopedic products to healthcare professionals in San Diego, CA.

    ** Key Responsibilities:**

    · Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare professionals, including surgeons, physicians, nurses, and other key stakeholders in the orthopedic field.

    · Promote and educate customers on the benefits of our products through product demonstrations, workshops, and presentations in the operating room and office setting.

    · Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.

    · Effectively address any product-related issues and provide guidance to medical professionals, such as doctors, nurses, and other staff members, on the appropriate usage and upkeep of our product.

    · Continuously monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to provide valuable feedback to the company.

    · Collaborate with internal teams, including medical education and sales leadership, to provide exceptional customer support and drive business growth.

    · Attend and participate in industry trainings, trade shows, and professional development events.

    · Comply with all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

    ** Qualifications:**

    · Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

    · Minimum of 1-2 years of medical device sales experience, with a focus on orthopedic products.

    · Knowledge of the orthopedic market, including understanding of surgical procedures and equipment.

    · Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to effectively engage and influence customers.

    · Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

    · Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time-management and organizational skills.

    · Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
