    Job Description

    We are seeking an Onsite Staffing Coordinator to join our team! As an on-site coordinator you will represent Elias & Company Staffing at our client site - a clothing distribution center in Mira Loma.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Checking-in employees
    • Employee Orientations
    • Assist with recruiting and hiring efforts
    • Collecting Missed Time Punch Forms
    • Ensuring employees wear Personal Protective Equipment
    • Documenting Safety Walk-through
    • Conducting investigations when there's an injury or complaint
    • Enrolling employees in Direct Deposit
    • Distributing pay check stubs
    • Compiling reports from personnel databases
    • Review and update HR information system records
    • Enforce company policies, rules and regulations
    • Communicate all relevant information to employees and job applicants

    ​QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Previous experience in Staffing is a plus
    • General knowledge of labor and employment laws
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Bilingual (Spanish/English)
    • Warehouse experience is a plus
    • Must want to got with the company
