    We are looking to hire Creative, Compassionate fully licensed Mental Health Therapists, LPCs, LCSWs, and LMFT's only at this time for our Ellie Mental Health Clinic just south of Pittsburgh in UPPER ST. CLAIR, PENNSYLVANIA!

    Please note that this position is HYBRID meaning that therapist candidates are required to come into our Upper St. Clair office at least part of the week (70%) while also having the flexibility to work remotely at-home the other part of the week (should you have some level of virtual therapy clients).

    Clinic Description

    As an Outpatient Therapist at Ellie Mental Health, you'll share our vision for improving and expanding access to quality mental health care and thrive in an environment driven by our core values of authenticity, humor, compassion, creativity, acceptance, and determination.

    Compensation: $52,000.00 - $101,000.00+ per year

    What your role entails:

    Evaluating mental health diagnoses and implementing treatment plans.

    Maintaining updated documentation using company platforms and EHR.

    A minimum of 25 client sessions per week for a diverse population of clients (with the ability to see more clients if desired)!

    Provide positive and authentic customer service for clients.

    Collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community .

    Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.

    Care coordination for clients to ensure continuity of care.

    Participation in clinical staff meetings, training, supervision, and community outreach.

    Community involvement and engagement, including attendance of community events!

    A sense of humor and a desire to have fun in the workplace, an Ellie core value!

    Qualifications and Skills:

    Candidates are required to have a master’s degree in counseling or social work from an accredited college or university AND be on the track to obtain licensure in their designated field.

    Candidates will have obtained clinical licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, etc.).

    Experience completing intake assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.

    Effective written and verbal communication skills.

    Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.

    Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents on time.

    Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base.

    Ideal candidates will have a general knowledge of community resources.

    General knowledge of EHR, telehealth] , and other software platforms.

    Ability to pass a background check (see note below).

    Ability to come into the office in Upper St. Clair.
