ELMER'S HOME SERVICES HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING of SAN ANTONIO, TX is hiring a FULL-TIME SEWER SPECIALIST / PLUMBING SALES REPRESENTATIVE to answer all client questions, complete all sales, finance, and warranty paperwork with the correct calculations. This is a full-time position with additional hours required on occasion. We offer a COMPETITIVE WAGE + COMMISSION PAY, based on productivity and GENEROUS BENEFITS including 50% EMPLOYER-PAID MEDICAL BENEFITS WITH DENTAL AND VISION COVERAGE ALSO AVAILABLE. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SEWER SPECIALIST / PLUMBING SALES REPRESENTATIVE

As our Sewer Specialist / Plumbing Sales Representative, you start each day ready to personally connect with clients and offer them the best possible solutions for their plumbing needs. After warmly greeting each client and answering any questions or listening to any concerns they may have, you recommend appropriate products and explain their associated benefits honestly, clearly, and accurately. Using your sales skills, you design and offer solutions for every concern they have. By completing load calculations, home comfort surveys, and other analyses you can put together all financing documentation and collect payment. You also provide an accurate list of equipment needed for our Plumbers to accomplish quality work. You enjoy meeting new people, working at new locations, and that no two days are exactly the same. At the end of the day, you feel good about having facilitated plumbing solutions at fair prices for your clients.

QUALIFICATIONS OF A SEWER SPECIALIST / PLUMBING SALES REPRESENTATIVE

• At least 3 years of sales experience
• Experience in the plumbing industry (preferred)
• Comfortable using tablet-based dispatch/sales software
• Strong understanding of job cost and pricing guides
• A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and the ability to pass both a background check and periodic drug tests
