    About the Role We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Email Designer to join our Retention team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing high-converting and visually compelling emails and SMS campaigns, ensuring they align with client branding and marketing strategies. You’ll collaborate closely with strategists, copywriters, and project managers to create designs that drive engagement and performance.

    Responsibilities

    Design visually compelling email campaigns and automated workflows

    Ensure all email designs follow best practices for deliverability, responsiveness, and accessibility

    Collaborate with copywriters and strategists to create cohesive and engaging email experiences

    Maintain brand consistency across multiple clients by adhering to brand guidelines

    A/B test designs to optimize performance and engagement

    Stay up to date on email marketing trends, industry best practices, and platform capabilities

    Organize and maintain creative assets for efficient workflow

    Participate in client onboardings and strategy discussions

    Qualifications

    Bachelor’s degree preferred

    At least two years of experience designing email campaigns for DTC brands

    Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality email designs and performance-driven creative

    Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar

    Understanding of email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo)

    Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills

    Ability to analyze design performance and make data-informed improvements

    Additional Information This is a fully remote role.

    Physical Requirements

    This Role is remote and requires constant operation of a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copier, etc. The person in this role will need to be able to remain in a stationary position most of the time.
