Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Email Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, your goal is to inform customers about our latest events and promotions through highly engaging email campaigns. Your responsibilities will include managing email databases, writing newsletters, and designing and implementing email marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of search engine optimization techniques and excellent copywriting skills.

Responsibilities

Utilize ZoomInfo to create customized lists and download to csv files

Use reply.io to upload custom lists from ZoomInfo

Help with the creation of new marketing emails

Proofread and edit emails prior to sending

Assist with sending follow up emails to prospects from Zendesk Sell our sales CRM

Manage email unsubscribes in reply.io

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field

Previous experience as an Email Marketing Manager or similar position

Familiar with content management systems

Understanding of SEO/SEM techniques, Google Analytics, and keyword research

Knowledge of basic HTML

Strong copywriting, grammar, and written communication skills
