    The Position

    Peacock is seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to join the CRM team. This role will work closely with cross-functional partners to execute campaigns, develop actionable insights, and optimize emails to drive engagement and fandom.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage the end-to-end email production process through successful HTML coding, editing, QA, and deployment.
    • Manage the approvals process and route previews to internal stakeholders and implement all revisions.
    • Monitor daily sends and troubleshoot technical issues related to HTML, segmentation, rendering, and deployment.
    • Work closely with creative project management and internal stakeholders to track and ensure assets and feedback are delivered on time.
    • Identify email linking strategies to optimize the user experience.
    • Summarize results of email campaigns, identify trends, and provide strategic recommendations to drive future optimization opportunities.
    • Expert user of email service provider and customer data platform to create email automations and journeys, set up A/B tests, and build customer segments.
    • Ensure that marketing materials comply with all brand and style guidelines.

    • 1-3 years relevant email production experience
    • Excellent written and verbal communication including strong editing, grammar, and proofreading skills
    • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with some project management experience
    • Self-starter with strong attention to detail and a curiosity to learn
    • Works well under tight deadlines and a high-growth environment
    • Proficient in HTML
    • Experience with ESPs (Braze, Salesforce)
    • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop

    Hybrid : This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

    Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000
