Retention Marketing Specialist
A dynamic lifestyle brand is seeking a Retention Marketing Specialist to drive revenue through Email and SMS marketing. This role focuses on customer engagement, retention, and growth through targeted campaigns and data-driven strategies.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute email, SMS, and loyalty campaigns to engage and retain customers.
Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling content.
Segment audiences and personalize messaging for improved engagement.
Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies.
Manage email lists and ensure compliance with regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
Align email marketing with overall brand and business goals.
Optimize flows, signup forms, and retention strategies.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
3+ years in email marketing or a similar role.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Strong writing, analytical, and project management skills.
Proficiency in Klaviyo and marketing automation tools.
Familiarity with email/SMS regulations and best practices.
Knowledge of email design, HTML, and CSS is a plus.
