You’ll play a key role in optimizing campaigns, improving deliverability, and enhancing customer engagement across the organization.

This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a builder environment — someone eager to roll up their sleeves, dive into data, identify gaps, and develop scalable solutions that will support future growth. As we continue expanding our company, your work will help set the standard for effective customer communication across all facets of our business.

If you're a self-starter with a passion for Email/SMS Marketing, strong technical instincts, and a knack for turning insights into impact — we want to hear from you!

    What You'll Do:

    • Develop and maintain a comprehensive email and SMS marketing calendar to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns, promotions, and automated workflows that drive customer engagement and retention, while ensuring compliance with email marketing laws and regulations.

    • Create compelling, brand-aligned email and SMS content that informs, educates, and motivates customers to take action, ensuring content, cadence, and timing align with marketing objectives and industry best practices.

    • Ensure all marketing communications are clear, error-free, and grammatically accurate while adhering to brand guidelines, with rigorous proofreading for clarity, grammar, and spelling.

    • Monitor, analyze, and document email and SMS deliverability metrics, including bounce rates, open rates, click-through rates, and spam complaints, to optimize campaign performance within our proprietary CRM software and SMS vendor, and ensure emails render correctly across devices, email clients, and ISPs.

    • Implement and manage email authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and best practices to enhance deliverability, maintain a positive sender reputation, and identify and resolve issues related to content, sending frequency, segmentation, or list quality.

    • Work closely with ESPs, delivery vendors, and internal teams, including designers and cross-functional stakeholders, to troubleshoot email deliverability challenges, improve inbox placement, and conduct UAT/email render testing.

    • Regularly review and refine email and SMS templates, making data-driven recommendations to enhance performance, align with evolving customer needs, and ensure optimized, mobile-friendly designs.

    • Stay informed on industry trends, compliance regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR), and updates from ISPs and email service providers to ensure adherence to best practices, while researching current trends to maximize open and response rates.

    • Provide ongoing reporting and insights on campaign performance, leveraging analytics to refine strategies and improve engagement, conversion rates, and overall effectiveness, while maintaining an organized email proofing process and library.

    • Update and manage loan communication queues in our proprietary CRM software to ensure accurate customer outreach for automated marketing campaigns.

    • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
