Your Quest:

Collaborate with the Captain (Lead Teacher) to steer the ship with an age-appropriate curriculum.

Foster the young buccaneers’ growth in a sea of social, emotional, and cognitive activities.

Keep the deck (classroom) shipshape—safe, clean, and ready for adventure.

Work with fellow crewmates and the sailors’ guardians to ensure smooth sailing for every child.

Your Map & Compass:

A high school diploma or equivalent; a spyglass focused on early childhood education is a plus.

At least 18 years of age, ready to embark Monday through Friday, from dawn till dusk (6am - 6pm).

A steadfast commitment to work and reliability.

Sea legs strong enough to stand for long voyages.

Experience navigating the waters of childcare or education is a bonus.

A parrot-friendly personality (excellent communication) and the ability to swashbuckle (work) with a diverse crew.
