We are seeking a highly skilled engineer or technician to work on hardware and low level embedded systems development. This position will involve diagnosing and troubleshooting electronics both in the R&D and production environment, writing and optimizing code for both products and automated test fixtures and light assembly.
Key Responsibilities:
Required Skills and Experience:
Strong experience reading electrical schematics.
Strong knowledge with bench test equipment such as multimeters and o-scopes.
Ability to manually or semi-manually repair component level issues on PCBs - excellent soldering skills.
Knowledge of block level hardware interfaces such as diagnosing power supply issues, external interfaces and tracing failure causes.
Disassembling and assembling of product in various stages of completeness.
Proficiency with test fixturing of hardware, custom cabling, instrumenting, and test automation.
Experience with embedded systems, particularly in a resource-constrained environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues.
Ability to work independently or with a small team and deliver detailed results on time.
Familiarity with software engineering tools such as Arduino or Raspberry Pi
Preferred Qualifications:
Duration: 3 months initial with possibility of full time employment
Location: All work must be done on site, no remote.

As required by multiple state pay transparency laws, 3C Telemetry provides a reasonable range of compensation for each job posting. Actual compensation is influenced by an array of factors including, but not limited to, skill set and level of experience. The range of starting pay for this role is $20 - $35 per hour.
