    Responsibilities

    Analyze embedded systems to identify and resolve complex issues.

    Lead engineering teams in task execution and problem-solving.

    Coordinate with customers to align project goals and expectations.

    Utilize debugging tools like GDB for troubleshooting.

    Engage in research and development within environments such as VxWorks or ELDK.

    Define and manage meaningful milestones for project success.

    Requirements

    Over 12 years of experience in embedded systems with a focus on ARM, PPC, MIPS, or similar architectures.

    Proficiency in Python, C, and assembly language (ASM).

    Expertise in debugging tools such as GDB.

    Ability to independently drive research tasks and coordinate effectively with customers.

    Desired Skills

    Experience working with real-time operating systems like VxWorks or ELDK.

    Familiarity with additional embedded OS environments.

    Knowledge of project management techniques to streamline workflows.

    Strong documentation skills for clear project communication.

    Understanding of performance optimization methods in embedded systems.

    Background in IoT system development.

    Experience with version control tools beyond Git (e.g., SVN, Mercurial).

    Ability to mentor and train junior engineers.
