EmergeWeight.com prescribes some of the medical weight loss medications you’ve probably heard of on TV. Our clinic is all telehealth. As far as your role: You’ll receive the intake form, process orders, and respond to a variety of questions. This may entail billing, dealing with pharmacies, etc. Our customer service is completely by text and email. For the most part, the interactions are on the positive side as people are excited about reaching their weight loss goals. We are looking for someone who is upbeat, has empathy, and has great written communication skills.

** This is a full-time position covering mostly weekday days. You may be asked to help cover for others occasionally for other shifts.

** $20 an hour

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer support
• Provide information about the products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions

​ Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service
• Ability to build rapport and have empathy for patient's needs
• Ability to multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written communication skills
