Our organization is searching for a Priority Responder who will be the first on the scene to provide vital support and promote our trusted restoration and reconstruction services to impacted homeowners and businesses.

    WHAT DOES A PRIORITY RESPONDER DO?

    · Monitor lead sources from emergency notification systems

    · Respond quickly to emergency property situations

    · Consult with property owners impacted by fire, water, or other large-scale emergency events

    · Close opportunities on the spot and educate customers about products and services

    · Build relationships with local emergency response teams

    · Participate in community events to raise awareness of our services

    POSITION REQUIREMENTS 4+ years of experience in restoration, military, fire services, EMS, police, medical response, construction, or insurance 2+ years of experience in an outside sales or customer service role SALES-ORIENTED and driven to CLOSE opportunities Self-motivated with a strong desire to get results Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Passionate about helping others in times of need

    PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Experience in emergency response or property restoration Knowledge of the local area and emergency response protocols Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
