Emergency Disaster Sales Representative | Fast-Mover, Quick-Thinker, People-Helper $70,000 - $85,000 base salary per year + virtually unlimited bonus potential

As an Emergency Disaster Sales Representative, your job is not just to sell—but to bring direction to people who are overwhelmed and afraid by listening to their concerns, assessing their needs, and helping them take the first steps toward recovery. This role works with owners, adjusters, and project managers, first responders, and community leaders after traumatic events and help our customers receive the highest quality care.
What You’ll Do:
Respond to fire, water, and storm losses—you’ll often be the first person on-site
Build relationships fast, offer clarity, and help people say “yes” to recovery
Balance empathy with urgency—people need reassurance and results
Handle a fast-moving schedule with autonomy and discipline
Follow through from the first handshake to a signed work authorization
Qualifications:
Ability to clearly deliver truth and give certainty when property owners need it most
Proficient with a variety of current technology
Career emphasis on learning and continuing education
Sound planning and organizational skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Valid Driver’s license and satisfactory driving record required
Relevant experience
Must be able to prioritize and manage time

Enjoys working hard in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Role on the Team
Responsible for educating the customer on products or services and effectively articulate the use and need
Monitors interprets and responds to lead sources
Establish and maintain positive relationships in the local community
Volunteer non-operational time to related community events
On-call 24/7 to include weekends and holidays as scheduled
Achieve and remain current in required certifications
Provide emergency recovery kits and services to the impacted property owner
Support the office and company in their organizational mission, vision, and values
Required Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED required
Four plus years’ experience in the following areas (any combination): restoration, military, fire services, EMS, police, medical responder, dispatching of emergency responders, construction, insurance
Two plus years’ experience in an outside sales role or customer service role

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:
The physical environment requires the employee to work in all types of both indoor and outdoor conditions
Frequently required to use personal protective equipment, having the ability to stand or walk, occasionally bending, squatting, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 50 pounds
