Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate midlevel provider, Emergency Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our dynamic free-standing emergency department team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality care in a fast-paced and critical care environment, assessing and treating patients across a wide range of emergency medical conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive, evidence-based care to emergency department patients.
- Conduct physical exams, take patient histories, and make diagnoses.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and develop treatment plans.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver optimal patient care.
- Offer patient education and ensure appropriate follow-up care.
- Respond to emergency situations and stabilize patients as needed.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with hospital policies.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN), Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), Master of Physician Assistant Studies (MPAS).
- Current Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) licensure in TX .
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in emergency or urgent care settings.
- Advanced knowledge of emergency medical protocols and treatments.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.

Pay: $69.00 - $75.00 per hour
