Customer Service Associate
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic customer service associate to join our team. As a customer service associate, you will be responsible for helping our customers with their inquiries, concerns, and complaints. Our ideal candidate should be able to work well under pressure and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Things to consider: Must be at least 18 yrs of age Must live in Houston Must not have any criminal record less than 7 yrs ago, misdemeanor is okay
Responsibilities:
Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions
Providing customers with product and service information
Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate department
Maintaining a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times
Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
