    About Emote

80% of students have unsupported mental health needs. Our educational institutions just aren't able to keep up. Emote is a rapidly growing edtech company changing the way school staff are able to understand and support mental health every day.

We are making an impact across schools in 18 states and 3 countries - a footprint that is rapidly growing with the added needs of remote education and the emotional impacts of our current environment. We have a small (but quickly growing), passionate, and mission-driven team that has led 13x growth in the last 6 months.

    About the role

We are looking for someone who thrives in figuring things out (often independently and in unchartered territory), excels at process creation and optimization, enjoys wearing many hats, excels in written and verbal communication, collaborates well with others, has high emotional intelligence, and proactively fixes what needs fixing. This person is excited by the opportunity to grow within the role and within our organization. Consequently, we will give them as much responsibility as they can handle.

You will be the glue in many of our efforts and support the execution and organization across a diversity of projects. This could include everything from planning/running webinars to documenting our sales processes to organizing calls with customers. You will report directly to the CEO but work with the whole team. Most importantly you will bring a very unique and critical skill set to our team!
