Inbound Customer Care Agents are responsible for assisting existing customers for Empereon clients who inquire about products or services, using company and client-provided materials, guidelines, and policies. These representatives will also be resolving customer concerns and assist with any questions that customers may have.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (OTHER DUTIES MAY BE ASSIGNED)

• Aid Customers with resolving concerns, questions, billing inquires and upgrades.
• Obtain customer information such as name, address, and payment method, and enter into various CRM systems.
• Adhere to QA requirements and utilize a call flow
• Adhere to development plan by taking inbound customer service calls and meeting monthly efficiency goals.
• Comply with federal and state regulations, as well as company and client policy, with regards to the handling of consumer confidential information.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Professional attire and demeanor
• Some data entry, services, and telemarketing or customer service experience, either in person or via phone
• Comfortable with basic technology applications, including email, internet browsers, search functions, and data management systems
• Able to use basic math skills proficiently
