    JOB SUMMARY: The Regional Vice President (RVP) assists and leads specific operational and commercial initiatives to accelerate progress against the business development, profit improvement, and growth strategy. This role is responsible for overseeing an assigned region, through the Market Vice Presidents, field colleagues, and the accomplishment of specific financial and operational goals including volume growth, expense management and P&L while driving operations, sales, and people leadership.

    In addition, the Regional Vice President works collaboratively with other Senior Management to ensure effective and efficient operations processes exist in support of EB’s key strategic initiative implementation including standards in customer service, order fulfillment, recruiting, and sales. A key element of this position is the ability to assemble and develop an effective leadership team that will be directly responsible for all aspects of selling and executing on the company’s services.

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: • Acts as a thought partner for the Regional President to provide input and direction on key strategic decisions. • Develops and leads key operational and commercial initiatives that drive long-term growth and profitability for EB and the region. • Spearheads the implementation of new growth initiatives and processes. • Partners with Regional Presidents and Growth Partners to accelerate progress on operational and commercial initiatives. • Collaborates with Regional Presidents to establish short term and long-range goals, strategies, plans, and policies. • Creates alignment throughout the region that supports synergy between business and national goals. • Provides leadership for people development, through goal setting, performance management, succession planning, coaching, and recruitment of key talent. • Directs the review and analysis of financial performance understanding all contributing factors and identifies areas of growth vs. opportunities for improvement. • Evaluates strategic opportunities to: a) acquire competitors, customers b) build strategic partnerships upstream and/or downstream c) invest capital into high ROI initiatives, to achieve continued long-term growth. • Develops relationships with corporate and support leaders to remove any roadblocks for regional team to drive sales and operations forward.

    EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: • 7+ years managing in an influential role and implementing businesses strategies in a customer service-oriented organization • Demonstrated record of achieving financial performance objectives and overcoming operations and sales challenges in a competitive and customer-centric work environment • Proven success of working within a highly matrixed organization • Excellent interpersonal and demonstrated communication skills including writing proficiency and listening • Demonstrated leadership experience and skills, able to integrate diverse cross stream and cross functional requirements • Excellent management, mentoring and coaching skills with the ability to effectively direct a leadership team • Proven ability to establish strategic alliances with key decision makers, combined with the ability to model and instruct direct reports to do the same • Proven experience as a valued contributor to the leadership team in strategically supporting the business through growth and/or change • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with shifting priorities and demanding deadlines • Must be detailed-oriented and able to effectively prioritize and organize workload, with efficient time management • Must be customer focused and quality driven • Ability to define problems, manipulate and interpret data, and draw valid conclusions and present appropriate solutions • Ability to travel as business needs dictate
