  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    • Ensure timely and order-specific fulfillment of delivery commitments through effective coordination between customers and internal departments, such as production.
    • Plan and schedule orders independently, adhering to internal guidelines and collaborating with key interfaces (e.g., production management, quality assurance, controlling, and logistics).
    • Monitor inventory levels independently to ensure stock availability and avoid disruptions.
    • Maintain effective communication with customers, ensuring their requirements and expectations are addressed promptly.
    • Update and maintain accurate master data in designated systems, such as MES and SAP.
    • Organize and oversee the provision of required services, including sterilization and printing.
    • Initiate necessary activity allocations, including special allocations as needed.
    • Manage the procurement of production materials, including purchased parts and packaging materials.
    • Support the processing of complaints and monitor blocked stock to address any issues efficiently.
    • Conduct independent batch traceability in the event of complaints to identify and resolve issues.
    • Participate in inventory control measures and audits to ensure compliance with regulations.
    • Prepare for and participate in customer meetings as required by management.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Knowledge as it was imparted in the context of at least 3 years of training (technical or commercial) and through several months of training in a comparable area of responsibility.
    • Extensive experience in customer service.
    • Strong knowledge of commercial order processing.
    • Solid understanding of order planning and tracking processes.
    • Advanced computer skills, particularly in MS Office applications.
    • Proficiency in using ERP and MES systems.
    • Independent, proactive, and team-oriented approach to work.
    • High reliability and flexibility in handling tasks.
    • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication abilities for effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Good understanding of business processes and contexts.
    • Basic knowledge of risk identification and mitigation.
    • Process-oriented thinking and the ability to act within broader operational frameworks.
