    Job Summary: Pyramid Pool Monitoring Service is seeking a dedicated and organized Employee Success Coordinator to lead our employee onboarding process, manage staff scheduling, and ensure seamless virtual site visits. This role is essential in creating a positive employee experience, maintaining staffing efficiency, and supporting overall workforce success.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Employee Onboarding & Engagement:

    Facilitate the entire onboarding process for new hires, including interviewing, documentation, training, and policy education.

    Ensure all employees complete necessary certifications and compliance requirements before starting.

    Conduct virtual onboarding sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure a smooth transition into their roles.

    Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires, answering questions and providing guidance.

    Staff Scheduling & Management:

    Coordinate employee schedules based on availability, skill level, and community needs.

    Monitor schedule adherence, track attendance, and address last-minute call-outs or shift adjustments.

    Communicate shift assignments and updates to staff promptly.

    Work proactively to fill open shifts and minimize scheduling conflicts.

    Virtual Site Visits & Quality Assurance:

    Conduct virtual site visits to ensure staff performance, adherence to community guidelines, and overall service quality.

    Provide feedback to employees and escalate concerns to management as needed.

    Act as a liaison between employees and community managers, addressing any issues professionally and efficiently.

    Employee Retention & Support:

    Foster a positive work environment by regularly engaging with employees and addressing concerns.

    Identify opportunities for training and development to enhance staff performance.

    Assist with employee evaluations, performance tracking, and recognition programs.

    Qualifications:

    Previous experience in onboarding, scheduling, or workforce coordination preferred.

    Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and problem-solve efficiently.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Proficiency in scheduling software and virtual communication tools.

    Ability to work independently and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
