Employee Success Navigator, Full-time, Days (Hybrid)
Job Description
The ** Employee Success Navigator **reflects the mission, vision, and values of NM, adheres to the organization’s Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards.
This position is responsible for working with targeted new hires who may have unique challenges and barriers to employment retention by providing career coaching, wraparound support and essential skill development. The Employee Success Coach will help new employees overcome challenges during their first 180 days.

Works with NM system functions to implement programs and initiatives that support improving the new employee experience (NM Academy, HR, Process Improvement, Analytics, etc.)
