Responsibilities: • Engage clients on a daily basis • Represent clients in employment-related legal matters, including wrongful termination, discrimination, and wage disputes • Conduct legal research and analysis to develop case strategies and provide legal advice to clients • Draft legal documents, such as complaints, motions, and briefs, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations • Prepare clients for legal proceedings, including depositions, hearings, and trials, and represent them in court • Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients and advocate for their rights and interests during mediation and arbitration proceedings Qualifications: • To be considered for the position of Employee's Rights Attorney in Cincinnati, OH, US, you must have successfully passed the Bar Exam or waiting on results • It is mandatory to have a Law Degree to qualify for this role • Candidates must possess US Work Authorization to be eligible for this position • A solid understanding of employment laws and regulations is a key requirement for this role • Strong research and analytical skills are necessary attributes for the Employee's Rights Attorney position Compensation: $65,000 - $85,000 yearly
