Responsibilities: • Meet with clients to discuss their claims • Assess cases involving discrimination, sexual harassment, FMLA, overtime disputes, and wrongful termination • Manage the claims procedure and litigation process efficiently • Participate in negotiations for settlements • Maintain regular communication with staff and managers to coordinate appointments and discussions • Prepare necessary legal documents such as notice of claims, EEOC charges, and state charge forms • Collaborate with EEOC investigators to provide evidence and support for cases Qualifications: • To be considered for this position, a Juris Doctorate is required • The ideal candidate should either be currently licensed to practice law, or awaiting Ohio bar results • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must-have for this role • Demonstrating empathy towards clients is a key requirement • Advanced time management skills for multitasking, organizing, and prioritizing work are essential Compensation: $65,000 - $85,000 yearly
