Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in related field and minimum of two years of work experience in related field or a satisfactory equivalent of education and experience
Qualifications:
Strong communication skills
Knowledge about community resources
Able to work with and relate to participants and be culturally sensitive
Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Must be computer literate and have Microsoft (MS) Word and Excel skills at a minimum and the ability to learn specialized databases and software
Working knowledge of the CalWORKs program and Welfare-to-Work component is preferred
Bilingual a plus
License/Certification:
Valid driver’s license from state of residence with a satisfactory driving record as defined by Company vehicle policy and/or liability insurance carrier (as applicable per program requirements)
Additional Information
