    Employment Attorney Position FairLaw Firm is hiring another attorney for an in-office position to handle an active caseload of employment law matters. The ideal candidate will have experience litigating cases in Florida state and federal courts, preferably involving employment law issues. This position is perfect for an attorney seeking to build upon an existing skillset by joining a successful team with an excellent reputation. Responsibilities: • Interacting with clients and opposing counsel; • Legal research and factual analysis to develop case strategies and arguments; • Assessing potential case outcomes; • Conducting depositions, witness interviews, and client consultations; • Appearing in court proceedings, including hearings and settlement conferences, and at mediations; • Advising and counseling clients; • A fast-paced and busy schedule; • Cordial and casual work environment. The ideal attorney will be self-motivated, organized, efficient, honest, personable, an effective communicator, and persuasive. Qualifications: • Must be a member of The Florida Bar in good standing • Successful completion of accredited law school with Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree with 2 years of related experience • Worked in a law firm as an attorney for at least a year • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to prioritize, manage multiple cases, and meet deadlines • Proficient with Mac computers, MS Word/Excel, Adobe, Slack/Teams, Zoom, and case management software • Independently motivated and willing to learn • Bilingual (English and Spanish) helpful Compensation: $90,000 - Based on Experience
