Position Overview: Our client is looking for Senior Litigation Associate - Employment for their corporate practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employment litigation matters, including responding to pleadings, overseeing discovery, taking depositions, arguing motions, and participating in mediations.
- Collaborate with clients on day-to-day employment law challenges, such as compliance with employment laws, drafting and revising employee handbooks, and conducting training.
- Provide strategic counsel to clients on workplace issues and related legal matters.
- Work closely with other attorneys as part of a collaborative team handling litigation matters.
- Ensure excellent client service by providing timely, clear, and practical legal advice.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in AZ or CA.
- 2-5 years of litigation experience, with a focus on employment law preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
