    Mid-Level Employment Litigation Associate – Seattle, WA

    Our client is seeking a Mid-Level Employment Litigation Associate with 3-5 years of experience to join their Seattle office. This position offers a unique opportunity for an attorney with strong litigation skills to defend employers in high-stakes employment disputes while also providing day-to-day workplace legal counsel.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Represent employers in litigation matters involving discrimination, wrongful termination, restrictive covenants, and wage and hour disputes
    • Draft discovery, initial pleadings, dispositive motions, and agency position statements with a high level of persuasive advocacy
    • Provide strategic advice on workplace policies and employment law compliance
    • Manage multiple cases and projects in a fast-paced environment
    • Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop case strategy and risk mitigation plans

    Qualifications:

    • 3-5 years of employment litigation experience, preferably defending employers
    • Strong writing and analytical skills with demonstrated advocacy in motion practice and litigation
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
    • Admission to the Washington Bar and a JD from an ABA-accredited law school is required

    Compensation & Benefits:

    • Base salary range: $165,000 - $190,000 (actual compensation based on experience, skills, and qualifications)
