Previous experience in civil litigation necessary Salary Range: $150,000 - $200,000, depending on experience Responsibilities: • Conduct research and draft pleadings, briefs, and motions • Attend court hearings on behalf of clients and argue motions • Strategize, prepare for, and attend trial proceedings, mediation, and arbitration • Draft legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, notices, and discovery requests and responses • Provide guidance and advice to associate attorneys and paralegals to resolve or prevent conflicts Qualifications: • Employment experience for a mixed caseload including employment, securities/FINRA, and professional liability defense • CA bar admission • Civil litigation experience is required Compensation: $150,000 - $200,000 yearly DOE
