A leading law firm with more than twenty years in business is seeking an experienced Attorney with a strong background in employment law. This role involves advising clients on employment matters including exempt vs. non-exempt classifications, employee handbooks, terminations, disability accommodations, ADA, and FMLA compliance, and more. In this role you'll also have an opportunity to work on corporate/commercial contracts. The firm focuses on having a great balance and work environment - 1500 billable hours, $0 out of pocket healthcare, 401K with match, multiple bonuses, hybrid work environment, etc.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of legal practice with a focus on employment law
• Proven experience in employment counseling and compliance
• Strong knowledge of federal and state labor laws
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Pluses:

• Background in large corporations or national law firms
