ICSI is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused End User Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up computers, managing employee terminations, and handling password resets. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. The End User Support Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless user experience and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Computer Setup:
Configure and install new computer systems for clients, ensuring all necessary software and hardware are properly set up.
Perform initial system checks and updates to ensure optimal performance.
Assist clients with the setup of user accounts and profiles.
Termination:
Decommission and securely wipe data from computers of departing employees.
Ensure all company data is backed up and transferred as needed.
Reassign hardware and software licenses as necessary.
Password Reset:
Handle password reset requests promptly and securely.
Assist users with troubleshooting login issues.
Maintain and update password policies in accordance with company guidelines.
Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to user inquiries promptly and professionally.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of setups, terminations, and password resets, ensuring all processes are documented.
Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience in an IT support role is beneficial.
Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with various operating systems and software applications.
