The scope of the proposed services will include the following:
Assist the State in supportability of Intelligrants by OCD DRU staff during their use of Intelligrants for disaster recovery grants management based on complexity of State use
Work with Application Program Manager to ensure end user success for Intelligrants
Work directly with OCD DRU end users for daily use of Intelligrants as requested
Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory:
Experience in Intelligrants grant management software functionality
Good customer service in operational use of Intelligrants
The duties of an End User Technical Support Analyst include, but are not limited to:
Responsible for Level 1 service desk support and is the first point of contact for answering support calls using the OTS ACD phone system. Provides basic ticket handling including evaluation, customer contact, troubleshooting and routing to other teams;
Provide vendor contact, data entry, and scheduling for processing quotes and orders for phone and network services;
This is a remote position.
