ENDLESS SUMMER SOLAR is looking for Outside door to door Sales Representatives to join their Solar Sales Team.

With clean energy being offered at no cost, the demand has exploded! This has allowed Endless Summer Solar to expand another office and bring in new talented individuals ready to succeed, reach new earning limits, and help better the world.

As a key member of our team, you must be highly self motivated and determined to retain clients for our companies services after educating them on solar panel/clean energy systems. Excellent communication and customer service skills are required to connect with homeowners in person and by phone.

OUTSIDE SALES RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Generating interest in clean energy and potential leads
• Educating homeowners about solar energy and the personal benefits they would generate if they went green.
• Guiding each homeowner down the path to green energy until the solar project is complete.
• Meeting required sales quotas.
• Getting to and from assigned areas.
• Use call, email, text, and other various communication forms to identify potential leads

Knowledge of the solar industry or previous solar sales experience is recommended but not required, as a member of Endless Summer Solar we provide thorough training to ensure you are confident and prepared for success in this industry.
