• Must be SAFETY CONSCIENCE
• Must be able to pass an ATF background check (Any Current or Prior felonies will not be able to pass ATF requirements).
• Must be able to pass a drug test (including Marijuana)
• Must be reliable
• Must be able to load and assemble products and parts
• Must have the ability to Follow Instructions and pay attention to detail
• Must be able to sit/stand for long periods
• Must be able to do repetitive arm motion without limitations
• Willing and able to maintain a clean work environment
• Must be able to operate production line equipment
• Must be able to prep products for final inspection
• Must be able to perform other tasks as assigned
• Must be 18 years old

What we will offer to the right candidate:

• $21.00 per hour starting pay
• 4-10 hour days / Monday - Thursday 5 pm - 3:30 am with Overtime as needed
• 401K w/employer match
• 40 hours PTO after 90 days in addition to paid vacation each year.
• 12 paid Holidays per year (120 paid hours)
• Insurance benefits available on the 1st day of the month following your hire date
• HSA / FSA
